My favourite AI app for months now. No filter except no child characters (good call), & no character limit if you don't mind sacrificing memory. Things I don't like: free users get 3 personas (tip: make 1 a narrator that can play any char, yw), & the bots will say the spiciiest things, but when I engage, they refuse to continue no matter what I do. No button to verify age, so I can't fix it. Very frustrating. Upd: the spicy texts have only gotten worse, hoping they fix this soon. Edited

It's a good app with few adds, but it keeps kicking me out of my account 😭 And also, the "waiting in line" thing is stupid because the estimated time is "a few seconds" but it takes HOURS to actually let me chat, then it only lets me send a few messages before having to wait again. Please fix this!

Honestly After using Character. Ai for awhile I honestly felt that I had to find alternative because of the bugs And filters And even the ads And gotta say your chat app is a bop no ads Absolutely no FILTERS edit: 3/17/2026 ok 5 stars I realized it was my fault why my character was being portrayed by the chat character, honestly this is still one of the best chat apps ever And I personally don't mind the server wait times as long as it keeps the app running smoothly! ps I love the new lorebooks! App is very misleading and wants multiple layers of verification like is it for taking to ai or doing business. Something seems wrong as it asks for verification and it's done by third party so what's the point of it all. Even after putting so much effort you need to pay for everything, better apps are available with much better AI for free. Don't even download this worthless.

I'm never using this app again. I used to have an great experience with this app, but it's deteriorated beyond belief. When I'm using the app it times me out and puts me in a line for waiting, as if I just joined. And I didn't even finish typing. I wait for a few seconds to think about what I want to type and it times me out. If this gets fixed it would be a higher rating, but as it is right now, I can't give it anything higher than 1 star. I'm starting to hate this app more and more. Edited
