Unknown people emptied my bank account while I was asleep and after 1 month prex has not done anything to get my money back nor do they have any security in place to stop people from emptying your bank account. SCAM BANK Edit: I guess mastercard ruled in my favor, so that's a happy end. However, the bank itself still lacks some basic security features like 3d secure. This is why I will not change my score. I have been trying to contact prex and no help at all, im so frustrated, they dont answer your issues, you cant speak directly to an agent. Auto reply by a robot that does not resolve your issues.
