I have been playing for around 6-7 years and never had any issues until recently, when I tried looking for an unused old alt account i made to give to a friend. just to find out it's banned for unknown reasons, and I can't even access the app anymore to play on my actual acc due to this ordeal. Edit: I'm disappointed as they refused to help. Even tho the device was locked recently. Edited

It's hard to really get anything without paying real money, haven't played in years. You need specialty extra currency to buy or open anything, it's kind of a cash grab. The boxes you do get, take hours to open, sometimes a whole day. There's 0 avi customization, and you have to pay for any extra avi's.... We'll see if I actually stick with it this time around or delete like last time. Edited

I used to really love this game. They released limited time content only availablle for an original release. Lately it's been a lot of recycling old content. There is more and more of a cash grab feel for less exclusivity. The pet upgrading is just broken- a gacha system for pets and their upgrade pieces where several years and a lot of money later I'm still missing necessary pieces to move forward. edit: -1⭐️ because a dev publically ridiculed a loyal player... wild. This is a game I've played on different accounts for about a decade. However, i recently realized I had lost access to an alt account I own. They made it where I can't directly talk to someone, and have to fill out specific information of things I wouldn't remember at this point like creation dates, and last log in times when I have a busy life and have had my accounts forever. I tried sending an email further explaining, hoping to get some human help just to get redirected to the same help bot

You can't get new avis w/out paying a LOT of $. You need REAL money to even get most things in this game, MOST things require gems which cost money. Hundreds of $ can easily be spent for a few things + even then, you can't progress. Seems like a cash grab 'cause it takes months to progress unless you're constantly spending a lot of money. There are even rankings for how much you spend?! Crazy. I'm now 20, but when I was 17/18, and STILL OLD MEN/ WOMEN BEING DISGUSTING/preds + harassing people. Edited
