Decent functionality if you buy the full app. Limited otherwise. Has a bad problem multiplying any effects though, so I often have to turn off the app, close it, turn it off again because some instance is still running somehow, then sometimes restart my phone because all the audio is irreversibly fxk'd and hijacked. Also as of November the app has disappeared from my phone unless I search in a menu to find and open it (though I can't uninstall.) Very sus, very weird, but I still use it. 🫠🤷♂️

Decent app. The sound enhancements work wonders over the basics preinstalled apps. Has a serious issue tho. More often than not, when the app disconnects from certain BT devices, such as the one I use in my car... When it reconnects, there is an indescribable distortion that takes over. Only way to stop it is to completely close it down. Very irritating.

This equalizer made the low end in music, particularly bass drums, sound distorted. I tried to change the settings in the app and in my phone to no avail. Eventually I got tired of it and reinstalled the free app I was using before. I rather deal with the ads then listen to distorted music. Sucks because the mids and highs sounded great while using this equalizer. Edited

I'm no expert on EQ and sound settings by no means. However, I do know the basics. And in my opinion, this EQ app is pretty good. There are lots of presets built-in like rock, hip-hop, pop, bass, treble, etc. and it has a good range of adjustable EQ frequencies; either 5 or 10-band EQ. The biggest issue though is occasionally it will badly interfere with the music player app/song and cause the quality of the song to be dramatically reduced. But usually just restarting the App/apps fix that.

Top-tier but the 10-band causes too many issues to be usable. Can prevent music from starting or if you skip 15 seconds there will be no sound. Pausing/unpausing CAN allow sound to resume (hit or miss). Reverting to 5-band seems to negate the issues. It still allows for some additional functionality, but the reason for my seeking an EQ app is because I wanted more than my 5-band standard EQ. Great otherwise. Little to no distortion or artifacts from effects. Spotify, Pixel 6 Pro, Android 14
