Update: I've discovered the audio crashing only occurs when connected to a Bluetooth audio device. Otherwise it works great! This app truly is fantastic for putting together grooves and soundscapes with a different kind of interface. Unfortunately, on my Samsung S24+ I get a lot of audio crashes when loading snapshots from the cloud. Edited

After just a couple of hours, I had put together a genuine song. The potential here is infinite! As somebody with a good knowledge of music theory, but who isn't very good at instruments, the fluid controls and ingenuity really appeal to me. The only issue is my phone's battery life when I spend all day jamming!!

would be 5 stars, but cannot find any setting for changing the recordings library - as default its somewhere in data folder which is unaccesible due to some moron idea from google - basivlcally i have no acces to my recordings i made in mutant and which i'd like to use in other app, for example in koala sampler. only way is to connect to pc and then transfer the files. but yaeh, where is "mobile" when its needed overall both apps are great Edited

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. You will need to use an extra file explorer and allow to show hidden files. Then go to disk/Android/data/ com.MazeTools.Mutant/files. We try to improve this with the upcoming update. Stay tuned!

I like the idea but some things should be a bit more intuitive, mainly stopping all sound to begin anew... Perhaps it's just that the clear all button isn't working for me ? It doesn't seem like the clear button works either, I have to quit the app to start something new.

Thanks! The clear button clear one controller of one instrument, clear all deletes all controller inputs of one instrument. To start from scratch you can enter the cell editor and tap on -reset states- (keeps the snapshots), or tap on session and tap twice on the reset button to clear everything (also the snapshots). Best

Worked for a few days but no longer working. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but no joy. Waiting for response from developers. Not overly impressed Due to speedy responses from the developers this has now been solved. Deleting the .ini file solved the problem. The bug will be fixed in a future version. Edited

We're really sorry for the trouble with it and will bring an update really soon that comes with some new features and improvements that will hopefully fix this issue.
Until that, you can try to fix the problem by going into the files folder of the app and delete the *.ini file. Another reason could be less memory. Hope it helps. Kind regards
