I haven't received a response from a single recipient to whom I've sent faxes to. No clue if they're being received even tho the app says successfully sent. I also just noticed once my trial expires, it's $14.99 per week! not per month. Per week! highway robbery for an obsolete technology. Just the convenience of being in a smartphone? There's no app since smartphones came out that's worth 15 dollars per week! Are you kidding me?? It makes Disney plus and Netflix seem like bargains.

I came across this app as I needed to send a quick fax. I like that the screens are easy to navigate and that I could fax a pdf file that I had on my phone, as well as the data being encrypted. Unless I missed it, I wish it wasn't a subscription based fee to send faxes. I rarely ever have to fax anything, so I chose the cheapest option, but would like to see a way to pay only if I needed to happen to have to send something. Otherwise, I was very happy with this app and would use it over others.

Hello, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're glad to hear that you found the app easy to navigate. We understand that a pay-per-use option would be more convenient for those who fax occasionally. While we currently offer subscription plans, we’re always exploring ways to improve our service based on user needs.

The app was rated highly so i downloaded it to send one fax away from my office. The process was straightforward... until i got to the confirm screen, then got hit with a $29.99 "option" for 2000 credits. 1000 for $19.99 (15 cents per page) best value. No thanks. I opted for the extortion rate of $9.99 (40 cents per page) for 250 credits, that will remain unused. But it did get the job done. i don't know how the fax quality is good the receiver. but it was confirmed in about 5 minutes. Edited

The app makes it look like it's free but doesn't show charges until you try to send fax. The UI is designed intentionally to be deceiving customers. [EDIT] developers replying to this review are sneaky by saying that downloading app is free, like duh! Who pays for downloading an app? It's deceiving when you put the pricing at the last minute and doesn't show fee upfront before filling up all the fields and uploading documents. I wouldn't trust them with anything. Shady Edited

I paid to try to send something but my fax failed to send. I was not credited back for the loss and there is no option to try to resend the fax or any buttons to find out information on why it failed to send. You can get an email of your info, but they only give you a zip file of what you sent. Money wasted. Overly simple. Not enough functionality.
