App does not accept the 15% coupon like the website offers IF you buy through the app only. Also, to get to the menu, I have to back out of every item I have viewed. I am also unable to see my rewards I have accrued from previous purchases. Poorly executed and leaves a bad taste to have wasted so much time. Did not make a purchase. May not again.

I love the company and their tea offerings, however this app is not very useful. The wishlist from the site and favorite labeled in the app are not in sync. When you attempt to view the tracking information for the order it takes you back to the account main page. I have had issues completing orders, tried to submit for payment and it does not move me to a confirmation screen, forget received an email stating the order is confirmed. I recommend using the website to order. Edited

NOTE: This review is for the app. The tea itself gets ALL THE STARS. I want to love this app. It even offers discounts! The "favorites" section is especially helpful. Sadly, it just plain doesn't work. Search for the tea I want to order takes so long that I just gave up, found/bought it on the website, and returned to find the app still trying to load. Restarting the app or the phone, clearing the app's cache, nothing works. I probably would buy even more if the app worked, too. :/ Edited

This app has many glitches. I downloaded it to get the $15 off that was promised for your first purchase using the app, but it turns out that, although it doesn't mention it anywhere, you cannot combine that with their current black Friday promo. I chatted thru their website to try to get help, because my cart was also cleared out twice during my shopping in the app, but the chat said they couldn't help me, two promos can't be used. Constant freezing and glitching, false promo promises--beware!

Great teas! App could use some work. I tried to use a emailed coupon, but there is no option that shows in the app to use it during the check out process. Also if there could be a preferred way of payment and save it instead of having to input it every time, that would make it more efficient. Great teas and tea blends! Love it! 😍😍😍
