Good app and features but absolutely the worst customer support ever. I've originally used Plus500 5-6 years ago to make some quick cash on the side. I've now came back years later and wanted to make some quick cash. They expect me to verify my account with the card I used for my initial deposit 5 years ago (Which I don't have for obvious reasons) and they reject me every single time I try to verify with my new card. Trying to sort this for a week now and it's getting absolutely ridiculous.

The main reason is that their overnight funding fees are almost double compared to other CFD competitors in the market, which makes it expensive to hold positions overnight. Another issue is the spread. In about 75% of the instruments, the spreads are quite wide compared to other trading platforms. They also need to add more trading instruments, as the current selection feels somewhat limited. Also Cant Place an order at desired price with desired units. Edited

very bad, first thing first.....there is no local contact numbers where one could call. 2nd thing don't invest unless you know their app completely, there are certain things under their terms and conditions which will wipe off all your money, lastly if you still want to give a try , start investing with very small amount, don't go by their offers, it will empty your bank balance. After only having the app a day, I've made a bit of money. I've gone to withdraw it this morning and it will not allow me. After contacting customer service they were useless. Telling me to try again in 6 months. With no explanation. I would like my money back please! definitely will never be using again DONT DOWNLOAD

The app is good and reliable, it only needs to add more informations regarding the positions people are about to open. Sadly we cant reply to replies. Informations such as overnight funding in advance, or, in case of buying gold options, it doesnt say how much higher the buy will be that the actual price. Cheers! Edited
