Hello Tom ! Votre plafond de paiement fonctionne sur 30 jours glissants. Ca signifie que vos plafonds ne reviennent pas à 0 chaque début de mois, ils dépendent des opé que vous faites au cours des 30 derniers jrs. Ex:Faites un achat de 150€ le 4 nov, il impactera votre plafond 30 jrs, jusqu'au 4 déc. Chaque opé impactant votre plafond pour 30 jrs.

Some of the interactions are very illogical in terms of finding your way there. Sometimes there is a bug when you do a transfer, you get back to the same screen where you started and just have to know not to do the same thing twice. No notifications when you get or pay money. Pretty terrible but not worse than other french banking apps.

The app is horrible by itself, but the main problem is their (inexistent) support. I've never seen something like it. I've been trying to close my account for 2 months now. I have sent multiple physical letters, which they ignored until I contacted them by message. Their conselours usually take one week to reply, when they copy and paste some text that does not answer your question at all. I AM UNABLE TO GET RID OF THIS BANK. Recomend it only to your enemies. I chose an online bank because I travel often and need access to my account online. Not only the app crashes but I encounter issues to pay online more often than not with the digital key. I just got a new credit card and while waiting for the secret code I realize my phone number had a typo in it, I can't change it online ( bugged) I contacted their team, I've been told they have no option but send a letter to my place! To change a phone a number! Ridiculous. Recommand only to your enemies.

Pour un numéro étranger, le 0 ne doit pas être renseigné après le code pays.

Poorly tested. I have no mobile signal where I live so rely upon WiFi. I usually have the phone in Airplane mode to avoid battery drain while it tries to find a (non existent) signal. The app has always worked fine using WiFi alone. However, the app has now suddenly started to ask for Airplane mode to be switched off in order to access accounts. I can then switch Airplane mode on again before inputting my code and accessing my accounts without problem. 05/07/20 Please address the reported issue! Edited
