Totally user friendly and transparent on how to accomplish both send and receive faxes. I'm sending a fax, it allows a detailed informational cover sheet, to which you choose what information is needed. When receiving a fax, you can save it anywhere as well as print it. Would highly recommend this app, whether your office personnel or not.

Needed to receive a fax with very little notice. Was worried because of mixed reviews. Didn't pay for my hour until I knew they were standing at the machine ready to send it. After 20 minutes, I was starting to worry. Error on senders part and as soon as the receiving # was fixed, received fax within minutes. WHEW!! Will use again, if needed.

Wish they would go back to per page cost of sending AND receiving but assume paying the extra months for a dedicated block of unused numbers doesn't make sense. Understand it, just don't like it: Why not have one single number US users can use as receiving and then have an OTP generated so it will only go to that user? Meh. Extra star for being functional

The app works, but I dont like the fact that there is a cap on how many pages you can receive, if I paid for the time I should be able to receive as many pages that I want for that time period and the pricing for extended time is a little much. Thanks but no thanks. Will never use this app again.

I paid for an hour, the lady was on the phone with me until it went through. Ten mins passed, still nothing, I hung up the phone cause I had about 8 more mins before my time ran out. When the time hit 3 mins left, I paid for the 4 hours more, just incase. What a waste of money, I got verification that the other end sent, I just never received, wheres the refund button?
