Used to work great last year (2024). Now every time I login the dashboard is empty and never fully loads. Also, every time I try to login I get redirected and have to enter my credentials again, and get promoted for bio metrics login enablement every time as well. Have deleted and reinstalled as well as tried clearing cache....no improvement. (Pixel 9 Pro) Edited

Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot.

worked ok before, now months of not being able to sign in. Randomly, it took away my email from the 2 step verification and only showed my OLD phone number. I'm able to delete and reinstall the app and get access to the full app ONE time. after that, only quick clock, which only works for a few days, then delete and reinstall again.Now my p/w expired and am locked out completely. All my info looks good to my employer, but won't call adp for me, as I've read ppl with same experience. FIX IT!!

I have to set up Biometric login everytime I open the app. Sometimes I open the app and my dashboard is blank. No way to see my pay or anything. It sucks that since this is through my employer, I can't use someone else. That's what I really want. Once upon a time the app used to be great but within the last few months it has become trash. No amount of clearing cache and cookies, deleting the app and reinstalling or updating the app fixes any of the problems. Edited

Update: after uninstalling it and reinstalling it, it still takes you to a web page to log in, then makes you verify but then you have to keep doing this, an endless hamster wheel... The app used to work, but now the login is messed up. I thought it would fix itself after I updated it but it has you login via website, and the page that is loaded, you have to do some looking around since it appears to load onto a blank web page but you have to scroll all the way up, don't know what is going on Edited

My workplace switched from another app to this one, and it has been absurd how many different bugs it has for the most basic functions like clocking in and out or allowing you to edit your timecard after the app messed it up. My manager has been forced to redo most of our timecards manually almost every week. You're better off just doing everything manually from the start than using this buggy app.
