terrible app for work. riddled with bugs as it's clearly just trying to patch up an antiquated system. constant problems logging in from just not being able to login at all to biometrics constantly getting disabled. A new low though is the app deciding to immediately log out the instant it logs in. goes from logging in to showing it logged in but before being able to do anything, says logging out. If your workplace uses this app, good luck!

Application just loads a webpage, so don't be surprised if the back gesture closes the app. Can't sign in to view my schedule anymore, as it displays text saying "We're sorry, the link you bookmarked for this page bypasses ADP security standards." Tried clearing cache, data, reinstalling, nothing. Coworkers are having this issue as well, it's better off viewing your schedule on a web browser instead of this Internship project.

This app used to be better, taking you directly to the login page, but now it takes you to a page that asks you to "sign in" by hitting a button. There is literally nothing you can do with this app unless you sign in! GET RID OF THE EXTRA SCREEN!! The only reason I can see that this app would have the extra screen is to allow you to have the app open without causing a "timeout due to inactivity", which you shouldn't have until AFTER logging in in any case. Extremely low quality app. Every time you open the app there is an error or the session has timed out and you need to force the app closed from the task manager on your phone. Users have to type their password every single time they use the app which is highly inconvenient for a punching in / out tool and makes no sense when their phone is secured with a lock screen. No way to ever go back to the previous screen within the app - the back button does absolutely nothing.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Logging in is fine, but other than that it is absolute garbage, doesn't work properly. Nothing shows when I tap a shift on My Calendar, just the header bar and then a big lovely blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, made no difference. Why there's two separate apps for the same company and purpose, I will never know. Congratulations ADP, I've never hated something as much as I hate this app. And I've worked retail for 10+ years.
