I like this app it's fairly simple and other than the minor issue where i can't login, or the occasional crash,I haven't had any major issues, I just wish it had a cash advance/overdraft protection feature and. I also think it would be a great idea to add the option to add money from other debit cards . if these features were added this would be the perfect app in my options.

Every single time I open the app it has to send me a text or email for a one time code to get in. Despite me entering the correct password each time. It used to be once in a while it would do this, which is fine. Now it's every single time and it's really unnecessary and annoying. I contacted their customer service and they suggested uninstalling and re installing the app, which I did. It still does it every single time. It would be a lot better if "cardlock" was on the main screen and not four taps away... Edited: The app no longer uses Google auto fill without asking to send a text or email verification code. This is annoying. The phone, app and Google have been trusted with this password for a while, why is it asking to send verification every single time I sign on now? Edited

Cannot deposit checks. The new feature that allows you to upload checks isn't working! I've called my wisely, and they said I need to contact the bank. Bank doesn't answer. When I take a photo of the check, an error message shows up saying there's a bug and closes app. I've unistalled and reinstalled the app, but it still doesn't work. So who in the heck do I contact? This has been going on for over a month! You might want to fix this. Its OK, I'm moving to Chime. Their app works!

Where do I start... First of all, the interface is not intuitive enough because I tried to create the account by adding the card. I though it was another way of creating it. That "Activate Wisely card" button is just confusing for first time users. Not only that, also everytime I went out of the app, I had to START AGAIN! From scratch. Finally, all that was for nothing because I got errors. Not user friendly errors, just errors. I'm a Full Stack Engineer, the first experience SHOULDNT be bad.
