Had major problems with the flight, including a +3 hours delay, and wrote several emails to the customer support email and never got any answer (+1 month old). In conclusion terrible customer service, if you'll have any problems you won't get support or necessary Information. You can see that the customer service is bad by looking at all the reply's they gave on Playstore... Edited

app is of no use .you cannot check in with out seat selection, you have to stand in queue for an hour to checkin at ghe airport counter, because everyone has the same issue , they need more money , they don't even offer drinking water in the flight, never seen such experience Edited

worst airlines ! there was a simple typing mistake in my name, they refused to do the baording and refused to modify tge name and refused to refund the ticket, so i was forced to do another reservation and lost my money!

cannot check in neither from the app nor the website. whole online check in process is a joke, it makes you go through so many pages, filling out detailed information that shouldn't be needed by the airline and in the end it throws error.. this is what happens when you make your friend's nephew design your apps and websites I guess

generally ok, but when you minimize the app the info you have typed in disappear after 1-2 mins which is annoying
