Do not purchase free trial. To begin the second I opened the app I realized it wasn't at all what their add made it out to be. So I went to cxl right away. It was impossible. To cxl. Very unclear. This is a scam all the way! Contacting customer service is ridiculous. So forget about that. I wish I would have gone to the bank the next day and gotten a new debit card instead of waiting to see if they would charge my card. So if you have the free trial. Go to your bank and deal with it.

I subscribed to the Family-Locator on March 30, 2025, it stated it could locate any phone. It wasn't able to help me at all, right from the beginning. I've had no success canceling the subscription either, I've followed all of the different ways to cancel to no avail. I've contacted the American Express Card Company to not accept any more charges. This app is bogus. There's no customer support and when I canceled it they still tried to charge me $39.99 and when I stopped it they put a $10 charge through. It says to contact them by email and when I did it said they would reply back and they never did. The app says it does one thing and after signing up and paying the trial it has you download the app and all it is is an map that doesn't work.

I installed this app to find my son's lost phone. The "find my phone" part is false advertising because you have to send a text message to the missing phone, and you can't find it until somebody actually HAS THE PHONE to confirm the link that requests the location of the device. I couldn't use it, so I canceled within three days. I was charged $1.00 to "find the phone" but even after I canceled the account and deleted it, I'm being charged $15 EVERY TWO WEEKS!! Scam artists!!

I thought I'd really like the app. It had features and details I just loved. So I bought it for a year for $49.99. When I included my wife, even though we were in the same car eating dinner on a road trip, it showed she was miles away...somewhere we hadn't even gone. I was so sad cuz I loved the app. It did cost a lot of money to not work properly so when I tried to cancel, I can't find a cancel option. And if I can get back the $50 I blew, I'll change to 5 stats for awesome customer service.
