I like the idea and the app in general, but I have one feedback about notifications: Please add "categories" for "operational" notifications (such as car status etc) and "non-operational" notifications (such as deals, campaigns etc.). I understand that this is a way of mitigating churn, but please let people opt out of this if they really want to.
I don't want to disable notifications altogether and then enable them just for the car rental to be informed about it.

Clearly in cost cutting mode. 1. impossible to talk to a human being except through app 2. If the app is broken or doesn't work, no way to contact them 3. App always fails on trying to charge an electric car. This is because you have to do it through the app. And the app always... always... gets stuck in the error "Car not charging". The car is plugged in, the plug is locked in the tower, and the tower says that the car is charging. And no more space in the review... terrible UX...

06/04/2021 edit: customer service registered me manually very fast, even though this was Easter holidays. Original review: I see a ton of Miles vehicle here where I live so it looks like it's working well. Unfortunately, the app is completely broken when it comes to registering: it requires users to upload their passport but it's unable to read the passport NFC. I contacted the customer service in August 2019, but only got an answer 12 days later. The the classical answer: please upgrade the app and try again. I gave up, but decided to give it another try this morning, after 6 months (on version 4.0). It's still broken at the same stage. To sum up: - broken app - slow customer service Edited

The app overall works well, but there are two major issues: - If you park underground with no internet and come back to your car later it will ask you to open the app with internet again. The bluetooth stuff is all gone. I had to run to make it in time and my parking ticket was voided then. wow - If you book a car for a day it will be declined after 15 minutes of not entering it and blocking it for another hour! Try to do that with a mom who as a problem walking. It's nuts, please fix!!

I have a problem recently with the app - the longer i have it open (up to couple minutes), the more laggy it gets until a point where the app becomes unresponsive, especially the map, so I have to reopen it. As well as my phone gets super hot. Some of my friends also have this problem. Edited
