I've had issues of where I've added a payment card but if I did not authorize payment, they've went threw old accounts trying to charge them even though I deleted them as my primary payment. Whenever they post free time, I can never use it. You obviously don't know what I'm talking about!! I'm talking about banking accounts..and removing old ones for a new one, and your service still illegally trying to draft the old ones...no, it has a box that you have to check for auto refill..

The app closes by itself. Even after all the time and effort I've put into this app, it just doesn't improve with time. Girl's here now have multiple accounts. It's gone from marriage ready to just another expensive fantasy website!! Even with voice messages, video chat, and video profiles.... I just wish people would read profiles, before wasting time trying to convert other's to their way of life. Including tourist trap profiles

I've been having severe trouble! When I try to purchase credits I get an error message saying my billing information is incorrect. I checked and it was fine, meanwhile I was billed 3 times for services I never used. The customer service is horrible, it shouldn't take 48 hours to contact me or to resolve this situation. The first by email telling me how I used the credits I did have. Tell me how when I get this error message, why I would be charged? I was charged 3 if not more due to this error message. I'm very close to just deleting the app altogether. Edited

Bad cost way to much money to talk to anyone, slow to load and you can not log out. I have hit the do not auto reload on my account numerous times but I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app and if I forget to check it auto reloads my account. Don't waste your time the web site is the same way if you log out and then log in later your account will automatically reload even though I have checked not to every time I notice it. They offer the chance to find love just hand over your 1st born.

This new version is TERRIBLE. Difficult to use. Typing messages much more difficult. Creates difficult to read TXT messages. I haven't even tried to attach a photo or video, which was next to impossible in the previous version. Probably No Better Now because You NEVER corrected it before. This new Version had removed BIRTH DATES from the Profile!!! This was an IMPORTANT feature to me. You have NOT provided any New benefits, only taken away. UPDATE, 08 JUN 2022: This latest Version is WORSE!!! Edited
