Updating my recent 2 star, to a 3 . only for the fact that .Their response to my issues , as well as a refund . Which makes me feel better. you'd think a paying member on this app should get free messaging at least.but no ,nothing is free on this app .Every message cost a credit.while 30$ will get premium benefits, but still only get 160 credits for a month , that's only 160 short messages .fix the pop up video chat request too. can't exit them even when you try. wasted alot of credits for that Edited

Canceling the subscription is next to impossible. I get the prompt to check my email, but an email is never sent. Don't waste your time or money with this app. "Live Help" or whatever it's called isn't live. Clearly AI with prompts that don't actually solve any issues, other than solidify my annoyance with this app. Still have the subscription and I still can't cancel it 🙃 Edited

If you’re could give zero stars that would be more applicable. This website is a scam. You pay monthly fees but then you also have to pay for credits. This is defeating the purpose of monthly fees. I agree about the AI no one wants to video chat or exchange numbers after lengthy back in forth emails.

It's a great app, to meet people from all over the globe. I've talked to a few and made some friends. I'm even currently connecting with someone, where there's great potential for growth. The gentleman is understanding of the fact that I can't be online and chat all the time, as credits are expensive. I buy the least amount of 150 credits and that hardly lasts a week with the chat. Other than that, it is great, I'm enjoying it, chat to members who are verified like myself to chat safe, thank you

Requires payment for everything... also, many accounts look fake, and the "people" you do talk to for the short time when using it for free seem very odd... or, in other words, FAKE. It costs coins to do everything, and the very basic features are locked behind an overpriced paywall. (Basic features should be free like for instance, chatting...) I created an account and deleted it within 5 min of downloading the app...
