The app makes you pay a subscription and then purchase messaging coins for each message or as well. I have 2 charges against my account now, because the wording is unclear. I should have read the reviews before downloading the app. Also, there is no option to cancel the subscription. I have messaged the support team. I will update on how long it takes to get the subscription canceled. I may have to cancel my bank card completely. So irritating. Edited

The website/app are set up like a money grabbing scheme. Gifts should not be right on top of the text bar. It's too easy to hit them accidentally & the high cost of credits for them, it's absolutely ridiculous! They should be in there own selectable option like the stickers, letters & emojis. Strange how cheaper items are in selectable options that have to be clicked open to use but the super expensive gifts (essentially extremely expensive stickers) are out in the open & nonrefundable. While the app is pretty good, it is extremely expensive! For this reason I will discontinue it when I run out of credits. Men members have to pay credits for everything except looking at the profiles and the first email. You said it is for new features, but I see nothing new in the app. Please strongly consider a membership based model instead of credits with one fee for everything on the site. Also please provide easier ways to share contact information between members.

A colossal waste of time. No way of communicating unless you dish out a LOT of cash. I am certain that every single message I get are from BOTS and the way messages are written look suspicious in word choice, sentence structure and seem too good to be true when it isn't obvious it's a fake. Just stick with Tinder, it's a bit more reliable but not by much.

Hands down the worst experience ever. The members are bots or paid employees. This app charges almost $400 for 500 messages. No1 you talk to is willing to stop spending money and move to out of app communication so it's free. Everyone generates same responses. This app doesn't deserve one star. I requested a refund as well for false advertisements
