Concerning the app, it is effective for chatting, viewing profiles, and direct calls. Unfortunately, viewing letters is extremely tedious, as you will have to scroll through; for what seems hours, to check if you recieved something from someone specific. I would suggest a search function for the letters section. Also, maybe a tab dedicated to all your communication forms (letters, pictures, etc.) with your favorite members. Additionally, it is not possible to send pictures via letters. Edited

You advertise that we can purchase our first Credits for $12.99 but everytime I go to pay it's charging me $29.00 so either this is a scam or your false advertising. Thanks for your reply. Due to the fact that you advertise a fee of $12 for 20 credits you then tell me at check out that it will now cost me $39 then it's very obvious that you are scamming customers. So please don't blame someone or something else for your clear cheating tactics. Edited

This app and website are ridiculous. the amount of money you have to pay to use it is wrong. I hope that the ladies on the other end DO NOT have to go through this. if you are going to change a subscription fee and make us pay to chat do one or the other NOT BOTH. This is price gouging and wrong on so many levels. You are praying on people who just want to find love and it's wrong. Edited

Its now subscription based. if you want any communication you have to pay 9.99 per month. This then gives you permission to purchase credits to further that communication in chat or letters. They say this provides discount for credits but their credit rates haven't change much when you could buy credits directly without subscription.

This is the absolute worst service i have ever used. firstly their mobile site is extremely buggy secondly they charge you per minute of chatting or using other services instead of charging an upfront fees. essentially they try to fleece you and do it heavy. lastly on their mobile site the option to buy credits is a button that is conveniently placed just above the chat bar, easy to tap by mistake. Once tapped it does not confirm your purchase. It jut charges your account. i feel cheated... Edited
