Locks up halfway through. Had to reset and retry several times before it would finish. Takes several hours and all incoming texts/calls will be lost during this time. When it finally completed, none of the group texts had transferred. Any prior texts with iPhones show an "unknown number" that can't be deleted or replied to, so those are locked for good. Checked online troubleshooting forums and found that it's a known issue that they still haven't fixed.

How ironic that the top most relevant review is just an irrelevant word salad that has nothing to do with the app? Dude, did the app work for you or not? Did you use a 3.0 USB-C cable or Wi-Fi? Anyway, this app is a massive failure. Most of us just want a simple method to transfer photos, contacts, and messages to an iPhone. This app simply does not allow anyone to do this with an app that has a 99% failure rate. Remove this garbage from the app store.

This app is garbage. I have done every bit of troubleshooting but it keeps getting stuck at 1 minute left (for 7+hours) until I give up, cancel it, and try again. My WiFi connection is absolutely not the problem, nor is the amount of data being transferred, yet here we are. This is my first iPhone ever and this nightmare of a transfer process has made me seriously question my decision to switch to iOS.

This app is the single worst app I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing in my life. A relatively simple concept, you'd think that between the two multi-billion dollar company's that are responsible for it, it might be somewhat capable of doing the job it it supposed to. Instead, I'm here 9 hours and 7 failed transfers later wondering how I'm supposed to do anything with a phone line that can't text, call, or use cellular networks. Thanks for confirming my fears about switching to an IPhone

This app doesn't work. I'm only trying to transfer my messages from a pixel 3a and get a transfer error every time. The transfer makes it to about 35-40min remaining and dies. I've tried every "fix" I can find on the internet, all with the same result. Both phones are plugged in, SIM removed from Android, no apps running in the background, phones connect on private wifi, Fail. This really shouldn't be so hard.
