Guys, for the love of god, make an option in the app to match a single headphone to both headphones on the mode (noise cancelling vs standard vs transparency). If you can't make it to where both headphones are in and it keeps switching to one headphone when a text comes in or someone calls, at least give us the option to slave a single to a double in the options menu. The sound quality is unmatched but the UI is complete dogs**t compared to everything else.

I have power beats pro and a beats pill. Those still work and connect to my phone, but just recently the app won't open at all. It just keeps force closing when I click on it. And even a message sometimes pops up at the bottom of the phones saying the beats app stopped working and will close. It used to be a nice app to see the battery level of the connected headphones or speaker.

would not recommend this product. the ear buds sound great but charging the ear buds doesn't work very well. half the time I go to use them and they didn't charge because they weren't exactly sitting correctly. If they are not exactly on the pins or if you're rough with the case they fall off and don't charge. beats needs to rework the charging design.

"Last updated Apr. 4, 2025. Bug fixes and performance improvements." If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The app won't open, at all. I keep getting an Error message that says "Beats keeps stopping." So the so-called "bug fixes" didn't fix anything, and actually made the app inoperable.

I would give this app no stars if possible. It's terrible. It doesn't even recognize the earbuds and I have to connect thru Bluetooth and the issue with that is I can't change the settings for the earbuds such as touch to pause, change tracks etc. This app sends me CONSTANT notifications about an update but when I click it to update the earbuds, it just goes to the app and doesn't allow an update no matter what I do. Flat out, this app sucks. It's CLEARLY been neglected and needs fixing!
