I have been using AVG for several years, and hadn't had any problems until recently. I've always given it 5 stars!! My yearly subscription payment was paid, and since the renewal the app hasn't worked right at all. The Junk cleaner doesn't clean!! The Boost doesn't boost!! The VPN turns off all the time!! I have really loved this security, but I'm about ready to find me something that works. Please help AVG development team!!! I will review again once this issue is resolved, or delete it.... Edited

Open AVG AntiVirus →tap on cog wheel in the upper right corner to enter settings→Help→Contact Support→Enter your e-mail and describe the problem and submit the ticket. Thanks.

Does not work on all public WiFi. Have had some issues connecting to certain public WiFi. Purchased this because I have AVG Ultimate 2019 for 2 years. 2020 comes with VPN built in. VPN not configurable, no split tunneling. It works. Would say middle of the pack when it comes to speed. ***As of August 2020, they have corrected many issues and added many more features. I can say now that this service is top notch and works flawlessly now. Highly recommend! Edited

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You have to be connected to the internet so that you can accept the Terms and Conditions on the captive portal before activating VPN. This should solve your problem. Thanks, AVG Mobile Support-Team

I am giving this app a two because every time I check on the VPN status. I have to turn it on. It should be on all the time. Now the app is doing much better. I found using my setting. Their is an Auto Connect. I have turned that on. The VPN is working all the time. Their is a larger drain on the battery but, it is well worth as far as protection. My cell phone well pefor the VPN did need a new battery. Edited

No better program for the money! The options are endless and the coverage is boundless! I've been using AVG product since I cut my teeth in the early '80s, freeware! Best free ware you could find, but no bugs... I'm glad they're still growing and developing in their field of expertise. The sheer volume of the software has always excelled at doing everything I thought needed to done. $60 is a incredible price! $60 for 10x subscriptions to three different programs you do the math. 0 problems with this app!! Love it!! The ONLY thing I would change, is when I leave home (w/out wifi) it drops the server, the phone towers should pick it up, because then, I'd still have a server! It doesn't pick it up away from wifi!! It would be nice, since I'm paying for this, to work all the time, when I get home, I have to reconnect it!! Edited
