The App SUCKS! I'll stick to the website. every time I try to open the app, it closes 3-4 times before finally opening. Then when I try to modify an order's details - it won't let me. Cameo itself is amazing, but God forbid do not get the app unless it's your only option. Stick with the website.

I would love to be able to at some point, maybe. be able to use this app.. but I can't trust it. it always crashes. open the app.. crash. scroll through option.. crash. check out one of the celebs.. crash. look at the screen.. crash. I'm not going to spend money on one of these, then not be able to receive and view it because I can't open the app. it's ridiculous.

Every time I use Cameo to upload videos for people who purchase them from me, it is a giant hassle. The Cameo app always crashes over and over and over again. This happens EVERY time. I am a podcaster and a video editor, so I know how to upload videos to apps and websites. I do this all the time. With Cameo, every time I want to upload a video for someone, it crashes 5 or 6 times while I'm trying to upload, so at that point, I have to close the Cameo app, reopen the app, log out, log back in, c Edited

Good lord. The concept, the content, the promise, the marketing, the interface, it's all great. But holy cow, it feels more like I downloaded a virus than an app. While Cameo is running, the whole system runs at like 10% speed and it's honestly faster to just shut my phone off and turn it back on again than to close the app. And I was actually gonna use it... This app is a great idea, but incredibly buggy. Today, adding a credit card during the ordering process took me all the way back to the celeb's profile. Updating payment options always shows a blank card, even when the card really is saved. Looking at the message history and order confirmation, there is no indication that I sent a video message along with my request. So now idea if they actually even got it. Some of these requests are expensive, so each feature should work as expected.
