*Updating to 4 stars: great customer service and problem seems to be fixed. Updating to 2 stars for this school year: Since this school year and what looks like an app change/update, the experience has definitely been subpar. I used to get notifications when the bus was about 10 minutes away, now I'm lucky if I get an alert when it's 3 minutes. The bus gets "lost" a lot- meaning it's on the map then gone or stopped in 1 place then all of a sudden it's at our stop. It's been very frustrating. Edited

Great idea, horrible execution. The idea of tracking my child's bus is great for loads of reasons. However, it only alerts and shows the bus location after it leaves the stop just before ours. Which is less than 1/4 mile down the road. Furthermore, there is a delay, so we often saw the bus before the tracker showed it on the way. This makes it completely useless!! What we need is to be able to see how many stops away the bus is, so we know how late or early it is. Or if it has even left yet.

When I first started using this app it was great. It only works if the bus has the tracker turned on. Most days it's not. This school season it worked maybe a week. Now it won't even open on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times... nothing. I've sent an email for technical support... nothing. This would be a great app, 1. If it worked and 2. When it is working the school did their part and made sure the trackers are turned on.

The routes need to be updated. The actual tracking is great! But has been rendered useless to me... there needs to be a way to switch routes. My child was assigned purple bus this year but I can not switch from the yellow route in the app nor on the web. Also the listed time on the PM route is incorrect on the published bus schedule. Adding a way to communicate with the buses dispatch is also a good idea, seeing as how no one ever answers the phone number provided and the voicemail box is full! Edited

Crashes every couple of minutes (2/14) it's been over a month since that review and no changes. where's the update? (4/3) I'm on version 3.1.109 no update available, still crashing (4/22) still no update, still crashing despite dev response on 4/2 saying an update was available (4/28) updated today. will update my review after testing (5/16) great since the latest update. all issues I had were resolved. good job devs!
