DO NOT install this app. Using it will NOT get you the promised discount, the chat function is useless because nobody responds, and there is NO option to cancel your account without "providing an explanation for why you want to cancel" via the useless chat and waiting for a response that never comes. Guess I'm stuck with an account forever. F you Telpark. I would rather park on the street and get tickets the next time I travel.

The UI is not bad, and the app is easy to navigate. However, you cannot save international credit cards, so if you are from out of town don't bother. Also, even if you could there is really no point since all the parking lots that are located in the "touristy" area of Barcelona do not participate in the "Up to 40%" Promotion. And in Madrid the few that do participate, only offer 10%. There are only 2 parking lots in their entire network that actually offer 40%.

I signed up for this app while visiting Spain in July. I've been back in the States for two months i I'm starting to get messages that I'm parked somewhere in Madrid. Luckily, i caught the charge on my bank app and was able to cancel my card. How someone was able to compromise my account through the app scares me. Needless to say, i can not recommend this app.

Foreign credit cards not accepted. Tried several cards that are working in Spain and Portugal every day but doesn't work on this app. So I paid for a reservation with PayPal. But then you can't turn on express pay without a credit card which the email said meant I could not get into the garage. I reported this to Telepark and they refunded me quickly so awesome customer service! Just need to improve card processing and communication. Edited

Josh, we apologize for the misunderstanding but you don´t need the Express Entry to enter the car park. The system will reed the license plate anyway and it will open automatically.

App didn't recognise any parking locations on the island despite being advertised on every parking meter. Wouldn't have mattered anyway since the hire car couldn't be added to my profile without it first being unlinked from a previous driver's account which is something that is impossible for me to do anything about.
