I've been using the app for about a month now. I did the free trial and just recently upgraded to the 14.99 a month. There's a lot of features to use and I've not been able to just sit down and look through everything, but just having the routing, pt contacts, etc... the basic features, is worth it me. I'll update my review in the future.

Great app but I can't spend $15 a month, $180 a year... I have a really good system using Google task but it was nice with this app to plot multiple visits and simplify navigation. I currently have to highlight the address in Google tasks and I get the Google maps option. I really like the app, I was trying to see if this would be a better than what I was doing, but I simply don't wanna spend that much money on an app.

Unlike many apps out there, ZigBuddy needs live data and advanced AI to optimize and plan the fastest route.
Most people find that ZigBuddy saves them about an hour a day, or allows them to see one more patient a day. That more than pays for the cost of the app many times over!

I've been working in home health for many years and this app has completely transformed my life! I used to come home after work, get out a notebook to plan the next day. With this app, it's pretty much done for me. I just have to review it and it will optimize my route for me. It even keeps track of my patients. As a heads up though, this isn't your typical routing app. If that's what you're looking for, you'll be disappointed. There's a slight learning curve, but trust me, it's well worth it!

I've been in home health for 3 years and this app by far has the most tools to help me with my scheduling, mapping, and routing. Saves me so much time and frustration. It's also very helpful you can write notes in many places. Edited

I've been doing home health for about 15 years and used this app for the last year. It is a life saver/time saver! I've told so many other nurses about it and they've now started using it too! Call/txt your patients from the app, plan your route, make notes...and HIPPA compliant? Saves soooo much time when seeing so many patients.
