trying to set filters, literally just closes itself, finally get a few filters set, go to look at a car, closes itself again. beyond frustrated, going to call my bank and get financing, this is bull$hit & a waste of my time trying to find a car in an app that doesn't work. the website does the same exact thing! resets all the filters when hit back to go back to the search after viewing a vehicle

Seems like a great app in many ways, but constantly getting a notification "We hit a snag trying to load your favorites, please try again" with options for "cancel", and "try again". Trying again doesn't fix it. Happens both on wifi and mobile data. Also it would be nice if the app auto prompted you to do biometric sign-in upon launch just like the banking app. Instead I have to manually navigate to the settings screen to start the sign in process.

I hoped the app would be better than the website. Didn't think the app could actually be worse. Couldn't enter my monthly payment range, down payment, or trade-in value until I figured out it would save if I used the sliders, but not if I typed in the numbers. Now, the sliders don't even work. I cannot save any searches, either. This app has become officially completely 100% useless and a waste of space on my phone. And I *JUST* updated a couple mins ago, hoping it'd be fixed. Ha! Edited

Was browsing the website and wanted to try the app. Read the most recent reviews but decided to download anyway because maybe stuff is better now....should have listened. It literally crashed the second I tapped on a vehicle, I went through pre qualification and can see there is a task requiring more info but any time i select it it just bounces me back to the main page. Try to search for vehicles and adjust the price, downpayment amount ....nothing changes. Its just not a very functional app Edited

It hangs or doesn't return search results when you try to change filters. It also doesn't let you search for features like heated seats, sunroof, whatever. It lists those features but you can't search for them in the app. You have to use the website. Overall I had a positive experience buying a car with capital one auto navigator three years ago, and I'm playing with the idea of doing it again. But the app is pretty unreliable and I'm going to end up just using the website.
