Capital One is the worst in everything especially customer service, my wife and I made a payment to pay it off completely and ask them to close that it's been 3 months they took the payment but they haven't closed it and they haven't updated our credit

Not sure why this app was randomly installed on my phone. I have a Capital One personal account and use the app for that, but I never asked for this one.
