This version of the app is broken. Everytime I try to log in it says my account is locked due to too many login attempts. Then, it opens a web page to verify my identity and I can log in there, but if I go back to the app it's just the same message. My only option is the web. For clarity I can log in on the web if I go directly there. It's only the app that's broken. Edit:They updated the app and still didn't fix this issue. Totally useless app. The old version on my old phone does work lmao

This app completely blows. The login page is not recognized by my very common password manager. I tried to log in twice, and it threatened to lock me out. indicating I still had a few tries. The one-time password (OTP) sent to my phone was not recognized by my phone as an OTP, so I had to go look at it to fetch it. Now, the app has locked me out. I'm extremely annoyed.

I have two main issues: 1) having to get a text and enter a code despite using biometric log in EVERY TIME is incredibly anyone. Also, there is no option for "current balance." I pay off my bill manually throughout the month and have autopay as a failsafe. Why would I want to pay the last statement balance when the amount owed is already less than that? the only other options are a fixed amount or minimal payment. These are some pretty basic functions that are missing.

New update: We jumped from 1 Star to 4 so we are definitely moving in the right direction Original review: App easy to use and always gives me a bill reminder. I especially like the credit wise program. Now I really enjoy the help we've been given all in one place and offers from better cards. Hubby and I have only ever paid cash for items including cars so apparently being responsible means absolutely nothing. So Capitol One is sending us in the right direction with 3 entry level cards 2 build

I've only been using the app for a couple days and only accessed it a couple times and it is very slow, it glitches crashes and freezes. I don't understand why. I have a Galaxy S23 phone (it's not an old phone), it works fine on my husband's phone (S23 Ultra) and the app is up to date. So far I'm very annoyed, this shouldn't happen with any app especially when trying to use one that needs to be paid to and used for making detailed plans like travel, the app needs to be smooth and not cut out
