Nope,the app doesn't even work. Blank white screen. Your reply: Developer response: Thank you so much for your feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention. We were experiencing some technical difficulties, but we're happy to let you know that the problem has been resolved! Nope, it still doesn't work. Blank white screen that doesn't do anything. Come on already, it's been like this for months. Fix it! Or update with an option negative stars to give! Edited

The previous version of the carshield app was much better and much more simple. When I log into the app it's very buggy and many things do not display properly. Also it continues to ask about creating an account when I already have the account created with the password. There are too many advertisements on the entire page. I'm beginning to feel like I should just change companies to a different company that offers the same services.

I can't see what's going on with this app. when I open the app it's just a white screen of my membership. information shows up. I have to go to the desktop version on my browser to see anything in regards to my account. please fix ASAP, And reinstall the app as instructed. and the app still isn't working. I don't know what developer adjustments that you guys have done to the app, but apparently it's not working Edited

There basically a savings account. They only cover the amount you've put into monthly payments. I had them for 3 months of payments at $99 a month and had a repair at $963 and they covered $300 of the repair. And I had to come out of pocket $663. I would have respected them if they covered more of the bill and would have kept them for years to come and referred to everyone I know. After I stopped paying immediately flooded with phone calls and emails, only to try and sell me "a better package".

Blank Screen: On the 1st & 2nd reinstall, the app came up fine, contract wouldn't download, then I uninstalled / installed app 4 more times, I'm getting only the blank screen (02/19/25). Been paperless with CarShield for 4 years and had 24/7 app contract access. May need to goto back-up paper contract? (Ph: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 5G, w/o issues). Edited
