My app just has a black screen . I have reinstalled twice and still, it is black. It's too bad my family loves this app.

I used to love this app when I first found out about it. It was a great way to show pictures to both sides of the family, but it stopped loading pictures at all. I've tried with my data only they dont load ive also only used my internet thinking my phone was messed up doesnt do anything. I even tried both my data and internet but I have no luck. I've uninstalled the app and redownladed it and im not having any luck. Its frustrating.

My family really liked this app, but a recent update completely changed how this app works. Previously our posts from family would appear "message board style" as individual posts and now everything is smeared into a single "home feed", which is literally no different than my family having a huge text chain with each other. I'm going to give this app maybe a month to get it's act together and restore the app to the way it used to work or I'll just ditch it.

We are so sorry, Robert. Feedback we gathered from all our users indicated that most preferred to not have the Home Feed, and just wanted the rooms for chatting. So we simplified and removed the Home Feed. I'm sorry that we removed a feature your family liked :(.

I just had to delete the app and re-install it. I couldn't nit upload any photos. I love the app we all use it in my large family. I wish there was more help support on the app when having issues . I couldn't find anything on the app for any support.

App stopped working. It's just a black screen every time I open it. I use this to talk to my kids, send family updates and schedules. I loved it initially but it suddenly stopped working and that just sucks. This was so easy for my 7 year old to use and maneuver. Looks like I have to look for something else.
