The APP should send the confirmation code to 2 numbers simultaneously (I register one number in France and one number when I live abroad for 6 months). Otherwise I need to go to the CIC BANK before leaving the country each time. At the moment It's impossible to change from one number to the other on-line when you're out of the Country, because the confirmation of the change goes back to the original number which is not accessable if you're out of the country. Additional confirmation to an E Mail address woud also solve this problem.

Terrible. Everything is written in French. Since I speak English and German but not French it is a nightmare using my computer plus a mobile phone to prove my identity when I don't understand the directions. Since the CIC wants to attract English people they should make it easy by giving the choice of English right at the start.

La description indique aucune collection de données, mais la première chose que demande l'application est de valider une politique de collecte de données qui inclut situation maritale, emploi, ... Pouvez-vous corriger la description de l'app ? The description states the app does not collect data, but the first thing the app does is have you validate data collection policy that includes family,job, ... This is misleading! Can we report this so that the app description is corrected?

When I buy something with my card. Then my bank application does not show that my card was used anywhere or money was spent. After 4-5 days I was shown. The money was taken from my bank account. I used the money.Even if someone uses my card,I don't realize the money is gone to me,I will know in three or four days.But I saw my friends,if they are using money, the application shows that they have used money, it is deducted.
