I always use app for maintenance or pay my rent.. I have up loaded documents but not sure about that. Denice is my manager. She is Great commications. She will call you back.. and check on work required.. The App is good to keep records and maintenance request.. Avoid Fees on maintenance request by documenting request.. Repairs

Terrible app. says my email address is incorrect, yet I receive emails at that address from Home River?

They stole my information and used it to get a condo with my information. I am not able to get my information removed. I receive monthly updates and phone calls about a condo in another state where I have never lived.
