Silly app... The only one that needs to have developer options turned off to run. All my banking apps do not have this requirement. Unfortunately I need to have this as Citi has replaced the physical tokens to access Citi direct..

What a lousy app, always having to reset cause unable to log in. After resetting you will still encounter issues logging in. Even the web version is not user friendly at all.

Horrible, unreliable and broken. The app Will randomly stop working and it will say that my phone has USB debugging enabled which it doesn't and it never has. And I have to reset and reinstall the app from scratch again. I had to do this twice for a month. This is completely unacceptable and the app is complete garbage

can you please let me choose my default currency when viewing account balances, or leave all accounts in their local currency so I can see balances in local currency easily!

Horrible experience using this app. Very inconsistent performance (problems logging in using biometrics). Tried to log on via website and the 2FA on the phone doesn't activate. Basically, I am stuck. Would abandon this app immediately if not because of my company's policy of using Citi.
