login is a little tricky, and when I loaded the app onto my new phone it automatically disabled my existing six-digit pin but didn't inform me, which involved spending an hour on the phone with customer support. that would have been a very useful notification to save time. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use.

quality is poor!!! update 12/10/2025 now this app only can use system default keyboard, not the keyboard users used for all other APPs. I have never experience this kind error msg. I couldn't think how it can be released. Is there QA testing? this kind engineer should be disqualified. Edited

App does not process internal transfers, who knows what else it can't do. You would think one of the largest banks could get an app that lets you do this in 2022. Called their support line, the solution was to go on my computer and process the transfer through a browser. Luckily I had access to one at the time.

This is the worst banking app on the planet. Way too many reasons to type here. Other business banking apps allow the owner to deposit checks, but not this one. You have to drive to the branch...really? The developers are rank amateurs and clearly don't get it. If you get a new phone or have to reset your phone, good luck logging back in. The list of what you can do is very short. Edited

Citibank needs to resolve this. I'm having the same issue most other users are experiencing. The app will not work. It's doesn't even come on. No my mistake, it uploads but 2 seconds later it turns off. WTH? It's as plan as day MANY users are complaining of the problem. Citibank setup a link to a trouble shooting page? Can't believe a company with unlimited resources can't fix a simple app. Embarrassing.
