App crashes alot now I have an error message stating security threat detected on app then crashes. I have not installed anything on my phone in over a year

Very bad experience since the install. This unnecessarily has problems with my phone keyboard settings. Mostly auto closes saying something went wrong, the displayed error messages are of no use, it says, some auto control, parallel run and some lengthy alphanumeric text blah blah. and today it said, clear cache app has bug and finally it failed to launch, saying, 'The app has some bug, so it auto closed. Please update the app after it's developer provides a fix' Who is the developer here?

Getting error: parameter 'did' was not found in the 'query' when I'm trying to open OTP or settings. It crashed before several times on my Samsung phone. After reinstalling several times, it's opening but still showing error message.

All is good except the screen where it says "Trying to authenticate?". Oh yes, that's the use of the app and this question doesn't make any sense; the unnecessary step should be removed to reduce the number of taps/clicks. Edited

Worst app to ever exist on this planet! The developers and owners of this app must be fired immediately. App glitches out on start. Have to restart like 4 to 5 times to get it working. Also what's this dumb question. "Are you trying to authenticate?" No I am trying to order my groceries! Also what's the point of QR code scanner which glitches out again the first time and then again it asks for a biometric scan. What a dumb app.
