The app is difficult to use, MDHHS makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to change account information, and they're nearly impossible to contact. If you ever move to a new town outside of your previous plan's range, don't expect to have health insurance without first balancing on an elephant's trunk while juggling fire. Actually, that would be even easier than navigating the state of Michigan's Healthcare system.

Just downloaded this app and it's not loading. It's been trying for about 20 minutes and nothing so I guess I'll just uninstall this since it's not working at all 🤬🤬🤬

This is the most stupid app I've ever used. It doesn't even work properly. How are we supposed to access our information or fill out assessments when it doesn't even allow you to? It keeps logging out when I select the search button, it doesn't allow me to scroll the page when I have to click submit or answer a question and it the bottom of the screen is blocking it. I'm better off just going on my insurance plan's website. This app sucks

DOESN'T WORK! Cannot even login because it immediately says I have no WiFi connection when I DO. Tried turning off WiFi and using data and it STILL claims there is no server/connection. The website to request access to My Health Portal doesn't work either! I just want to find a good plan and in network doctors but none of it works. Edited
