App is somewhat in a glitch. Everytine I click log in it takes me to the browser and before it loads, it tells me the app isnt working and i can either close it or wait. I've tried updating it, I've tried restarting it. I've even tried deleting and redownloading it. Nothing works. This sucks, this app could help me a lot. I'm new to wic and unfamiliar with how to use it for my twins. I hope they fix it soon but I doubt it.

This used to be a great app, but recently, it stopped working as an app and now when I try to log in to see my benefits /appointments, I can't because it shuts the app down and opens up the internet browser. I've logged in via that but it doesn't show me what I need to see. Kinda of very disappointing. Not sure what they did with the last few updates but it definitely doesn't work anymore.

I was liking the app before it crashed with the Android system. It was great to be able to check when my next appointment was, as well as, what was on my list. Could not get the scanner part to work. That would be helpful if I wasn't certain if something was on the approved list. Otherwise, it would be great if they could get it to work again. It's been down for a week. Edited

The app (pre-update) was helpful in a pinch! After the last major update, however, it has become a pain. Every single time i go to open the app, i am given the option to sign up or log in- which is fine! Unfortunately, every time i try to sign in, it takes me to the "authenticate" site and has me go thru the WHOLE process of authenticating repeatedly! This takes longer than just calling the WIC automated hotline and finding out whats left. Barcode scanner has always been iffy.

Edit: The app finally works, I like it. I emailed last year when I had the initial problem. They reset my account and gave me a new user ID. It still didn't work. I signed in and it closed after 30 seconds of use. Then I tried to sign in again and it said incorrect or invalid. P.s. I attempted to contact WIC via the app and it wants me to have an email account through my phone and I do not have that. P.p.s. this was not my first attempt using this app. It did not work before either. Edited
