Easy to install and fun to use. What a great app! Its intuitive interface provides real-time updates on route optimization, and potential hazards. It gives me comfort knowing that I am up for a smooth boating experience, enhancing safety and efficiency on the water. I really like how it keeps me out of the shallow water when creating my routes on the Hudson River. Awesome! Edited

When I try to zoom in or out using 2 fingers, the chart zooms way too fast and ends up nowhere near what I was looking for. After 2 times open, the app is already asking for me to sign up and won'tlet me accessthe charts. I didn't even have a chance to look around before it cut me off!

The zoom function within the Android environment is something that is an issue across many navigation apps, marine and otherwise. We are working to address this issue and appreciate your candid response. As for the other issue, try accessing Ditch on the web where it is the ONLY FREE web-based navigation preplanning tool.

These guys have figured it out! Everyone with any time on the water can recount detailed stories of when they hit bottom or narrowly escaped and wished there was another boat to lead the way through danger!

Charts lack detail. Nav aids too small. Depth contours are too general. Shoreline poorly defined. Etc. Not worth using as a FREE app.

Ditch's primary focus is on safe navigation. We have purposefully designed our charts to be clean and free of clutter. We appreciate your comments and will take them under advisement.
