Sometimes, the app just randomly has errors, which sucks. It's mostly a decent app with the necessary features to find pets, but I wish there were more flexibility in defining the distance. I also wish there were a way to EXCLUDE out-of-country pets, particularly those in Canada (as I'm in W state, near the border).

Really messed up app and website. I've tried multiple times to create an account and it seems to take, as partly evidenced by the marketing emails they immediately fire my way and that it shows me logged in at first. But every time I try to search pets it prompts me to log in over and over. No response to help request from CS. The app also only seems to cater to dog and cat people, at least what I could see of it. Edited

App would be great, except it routinely doesn't show animal pictures. It has a no-image-available stock photo. You can go to the website and find the pictures, but that negates the use of the app. There's not an option to toggle results with photos only, so you scroll forever to no avail. It's not always like this, but far more often than not.

I've never used an app before that actively fights against you, but I guess there's a first time for everything. It's tough to log in initially because the app blocks your sign-in attempts, even after verifying that "Yes, I am the account holder". You can't search for pets, because the app crashes every time. You can't follow any links to the app, because the app either crashes or ignores the link altogether. You can view the Home screen, your Favorites, and your Account - that's about it.

Less adaptive than the website, unable to enter the same filters as the website, and wastes my time by having to wade through some genuinely wonderful dogs until I read in their Bios that they wont do well with my cats or child. If it had the ability to filter searches properly, I would use it. Until then, I will have to deal with the website even though it is clunky to use on a mobile device Edited
