I Love the rooms. Nice and cozy and the beds are super comfortable, and there's free Wi-Fi. The only thing I'd complain about, if anything, would have to be the ants!! The staff here are amazing, and there's a pool at this location too!! Which is very nice, considering this extremely hot weather!! This would honestly have to be my favorite Motel 6 out of all the others I stayed at and it's affordable too!!

The app has no flaws. My only wish is for more "smart" features: auto-check in upon arrival, or maybe a notification asking if I'd like to check-in via mobile, option to use the room key or smart phone NFC, NFC payment options on vending machines, ability to use phone/ tablet as a TV remote or to cast from, thermostat controls. I know these upgrades will take time and money but if someone at corporate hears these ideas, my job is done ^.^

This app is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend anyone downloading or using it, as it has too many buds to help it does not show you every Motel 6, yet reset your password arbitrarily, does not recognize your email, does not recognize linking it to Facebook in your account, and I must emphasize this a lot, there is zero technical support or help. I have tried for 6 months to get these issues resolved, and I have finally had enough. There are no phone numbers, or help.

11/1/18 Edit: Once again there was an update and now when I go to the "Reservations" page on the app. It's just a blank screen whether you're on "Upcoming" or "Past" reservations. I always thought an update was to improve something. I guess not, huh....... Edited(again): well they did another update to fix the just before update and the program is back to working. Probably until they do another update that is. I've flip-flopped with the ratings from 1 star to 5 stars because of this so I'm back to 5 stars. Subject to change....Well the website you can't log in but that's better than the app because now it won't even load.....sheesh

This app does not allow you to get multiple discounts. It also doesn't give you any "rewards" for your stays at motel6. It also guarantees the lowest rates, however, you only get the same rates as if you walk into the hotel and get the nightly hotel rate. The only reason this app exists is to cheat you out of lower rates and free nights you would earn with other apps and booking programs. I recommend just bypassing Motel 6 as they are declining in service, value, and overall safety.
