Best map for Android Auto and navigation is good. Problems in the app all revolve around address searches. Many destinations are not in its database and if you don't know the number and street address, you're out of luck finding a destination. Adding favorites is also a problem; I still can't figure out how to add a favorite. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and drive a 2021 Honda CRV E-XL. Edited

Fair map app. No address look up, just destination road & cross streets. Choosing destination on the map, but it may not show. Showed 2 houses on a street where there are 12. Routing is ok, does not look at traffic, says trip is 25mi. in 28 min., hour is likely. Rereroutes when you turn off. Sticks to major roads but suggest to many U-turns when changing path. Places are out of date by up to 5 yrs & some all out wrong, never had that name. Audio is good, some nice options there too. But ...

YEARLY UPDATE: The app has a lot of good features as well as options you can set to your personal taste. However there is a new app breaking issue that needs to be addressed, if you are using navigation, you currently have to sit in the same coordinates for awhile until it generates the nav-path. If you try to select a destination while moving, the app seems to get caught in a loop and can never finish making the nav-path, especially more than 5 minute long calculations Edited

Not quite there. I really wanted to give the app a try compared to my regular use Google Maps. Sadly, OsmAnd isn't close. There are so many things missing compared to G Maps. I tried to tell it address to navigate to, but it couldn't do this, such a simple thing for mapping software. I will give it a try in another year hoping the experience improves. Sorry but I have to stick to the reliable Google Maps.

I bought this app years ago and had been happy about it. a few years ago, I ran into an issue when changing phone and customer support was really useful. Recently, I ran into a similar issue. But unfortunately they replaced their customer support with an AI. Its such a frustrating experience now.
