I absolutely hate this app. It's frustrating, difficult to use, unintuitive, and severely lacking in functionality. I can't even update my emergency contacts! I have no idea how I'd go about updating my insurance. I found a wonderful doctor and I'd be willing to switch to new doctors to have them all in the health system he's in, but I won't because that's how much Healow sucks. The only reason I didn't run for the hills as soon as I encountered this app is because my doctor is just that good. Edited

Looks good and fairly useful so far but it is annoying that every time you move away from it, like to look up information it requested, you have to put in your 6 character PIN again. A necessary security 'feature', I guess, but it would be great if they could give you a 30 second grace period or something.

Worst portal ever. Critical lab results not there, yet told they would be. Incorrect history. I've never had a knee replacement! There is no way to correct anything. Too quick of a timeout. Login is difficult when password field is blocked. 1 minute to copy/paste texted code!! The elderly can't possibly use this poorly designed app. Disgusted. Going to complain to my doctor. In writing if needed.

It's horrible. System does not allow the patient to continue the conversation, I have to start a new inquiry to reply. Navigation is clunky and sloppy with screens flashing. No status or confirmation when refilling scripts, have to call the office or send another message to confirm. Between user reviews here and conversations with other users, I find it appalling that the developers do provide a more intuitive app. Or the provider should find something else. Hard to detail with a 500 limit.

not very user-friendly. One can not go back to sections without putting in the PIN each time. print function does not always work. There is a need to save as a pdf for printing, but then does not print because it will not open. I also do not care for the menu. I've used your app for other practices with huge disappointment.
