With the last update, I could no longer log in. Like everyone else, cannot get past the 6 digit "quick" pass code. I saw a review that stated if you clear the cache it would allow you to get back into the app. I also had to erase all the old data. Go into the app section and go into storage. Clear everything out and start from scratch. It now works fine. Edited

Have had issues in accessing visit summaries in mobile app. Instead of seeing the summary, it states: issues with visit summary. Extremely aggravating and a waste of time. Have unistalled and installed app on phone more times than I wish to remember. It does not work, no matter how many unistall and reinstalls. If the app exists, it should be totally functional. eClinical should have already fixed the healow app.

Only good as a summary tool for patient care when in call. You, very slowly, can get labs and see notes and encounters one by one with excessively long load times. You have to revalidate pin constantly if any pop ups occur. Every time the app updates, you have to reset all your login information. Great its updated but constant have to login to web to get user code, remember ID and passwords don't match to regular login. I've critiqued this software ar NUC for 5 year straight. No changes.

Super glitchy. Frequently hangs up and simply gets stuck. I have to close and reopen every time between patient dictations. Could be great but just not reliable and difficulty getting dictation into proper sections. Arcane logic and overall annoying. Cannot see stuff that was scanned in (eg radiology reports).

Not user friendly. Difficult to search a patient. You have to scroll through each month of the year starting with the present until you reach the patient's year of birth. Can not resend a message back to the sender unless they are apart of your favorite. These are just a few limitations of this app. The pros is the ability to take pictures of wounds or lesions and send it directly to the visit note.
