Have not been able to log in, it keeps sending me to reset my password, and when I enter it and it's incorrect. I've reset it at least 10 times in hopes of it being a glitch on different days to see if it needed time to cycle but still does not let me log in. Fail!

Samsung note 8 and the app will never open always says that the app has unexpectedly closed i have uninstalledand reinstalled many times. It used to work great before it updated.

Not user friendly at all. Won't let me add my second child. Hard to navigate. You have to jump through so many hoops just to add one child. I like the concept but it's very poorly executed.

Generally, a poorly designed app for 2024. Records don't include any patient information, including the patient's name, which is important for sending records for schools.
