Extremely disappointed with the service and follow-ups from this app. Being the developer run app, expected that the service providers will have immediate solutions, even when they are overcharging for the services. However, it's been almost 3 weeks since I had requested and paid for a bulb change (the ones inside the false ceiling) through "Liwa Sun" service provider, and it is still pending. Also, it is equally hard to talk/ contact the support service both through calls or whatsapp.

Terrible app. My gas doesn't work, there is no gas option, so I called the helpline they refused to help, telling me I have to use the app and to book it as Mason instead. Which would he fine if the app actually worked, every time I try the app just freezes and never recovers. I've reinstalled it multiple times, same thing everytime. Then also in the section where you can book cleaners, this also doesn't work, but in a different way, when I try to precooked and pay I just get error messages.

After the latest update the app is most unstable. Immediately you click on notifications it freezes and closes on its own. Moreover not all the pdfs under "documents" show. Some are blank while others are gibberish. It is also not possible to download the pdfs. These are the two major issues I've noticed so far. There may be others. The idea of the update was a good one. But it's not yet ready for general public use. Edited
