I am extremely disappointed with the app I have been using regularly for my purchases. Recently, the app crashed and I lost all of my receipt points worth hundreds of dirhams. I immediately reached out to support for help and they promised to resolve the issue and restore my points. However, despite multiple follow-ups, they never came back to me and my points were never restored. The app is supposed to be reliable and user-friendly, but this experience has been the complete opposite.

Among all rewar apps, this is one of the worst app in terms of rewards, its hard to redeem points. plus now app is crashing after every 5 seconds.

Utter garbage. First, the sign up page doesn't work, then after trying about 15 times it finally let's you enter last the phone number screen, but then it asks for all your personal details (completely unnecessary of course for the purposes of this app) and then repeatedly fails to save. I only downloaded because I was told U points can only be collected and used via the app. After this experience I'm happy to forfeit my points just to not have to deal with this badly made disaster of an app.

Nice app but rather useless loyalty program. 10% discount on restaurants, hotels or experiences plus a few points with an extremely low earn rate. I get better discounts and benefits with most probably any OTA website and using my Entertainer. Nice try to flow the market and the pressure to have your own program but I am sure you could do a lot better

There is an issue with this app and it is interfering with other app opening when clicking on links while browsing on web browser. For e.g. when on chrome when i search for a product and when i click on amazon.ae product link then U By Emaar app opens! The developer support email also doeant works, email bounces back.
