Late upgrades to functionality like entering IP orders are appreciated but app is still overall frustrating to use. Recent upgrades have made it a major battery hog. Lots of lag & intermittent crashes when trying to reopen the app after locking screen between use. I still use the app daily as a hospitalist, to check patient location in real time as I walk around the hospital, respond to secure chat msgs and check results. This is the most frustrating app I use.

Frustrating you can't permanently unblind your password, and that you're asked to okay notifications every single login. The VoIP phone out feature is interesting, but has some major issues. First, the app kicks you out in the middle of calls, which is ridiculous. Sometimes the call goes dead and sometimes not. Also, when making multiple calls in succession, the audio switches from my headset to the phone and has to be reset a lot. 11.3 no VOIP at all. Edited

Recent app update. Overall, like the design choices so far, and app is more responsive, but you can no longer look up a patient without going through a list! Patient search bar is gone! Mostly used epic for that function alone. Additionally, Android version is still missing critical features that iPhone has, such as ability to enter orders. Edited

The app is barely functional. It's useful ok rounds, but sometimes it doesn't update patient information, so you'll have old medicine lists on haiku that is 3-4d behind. Also, the Android version of Haiku lags behind the iOS version by years. You can't look at imaging, you can't put in orders, and you can't edit notes at all (you can only write new ones sans templates). Get the app, but only because it's better than nothing.

I don't understand why the Android version of this app lacks so many of the features of the IPhone version. Have used this app for two years now, and there is still no ability to enter orders or even an easy way to view current vitals. It is really a shame, since the app is otherwise intuitive and well-designed. Update: Epic, come on! Android phones exist, they are not going away. It can't be that hard to update this app to the same functionality as Iphone Edited
