Doess't identify any calls as much any more. It would be a good idea to have an option for the users to enter the caller id to help update the back end database it pulls from. If more than one person puts in the same or similar name to a number, the back end should auto update. This should fix the constent "unknown caller" issue, since the database is not pulling from a 3rd party list. Also the app is no longer creating a call log as of a week ago on my moto z2 force. Just my 2 cents.

Hi David, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry you haven't had good luck with your searches on the app. We are always adding to our database as well as working on other ways to help identify calls. Look for more updates as we move into 2020. Also please email us about the call log issue, it's a known issue with a simple fix.

This app use to be pretty good but recently with the new Samsung updates it seems to crash quite often when you try and refresh the app. It use to say who called when you click on the number but now it just says caller unlisted. Until everything gets fixed its not worth buying.. Ok I sent an email along with a screen recording. Thanks for the reply. Edited

I used the trial version and it was very useful for manual entry however, after upgrading to Plus manual entry produce record of Unlisted 99% of the time. Ive never successfully seen this app identify any incoming call, I wouldn't want my app to return Unlisted that much either.

I "upgraded" to plus. The caller IDs have been completely wrong , once again. Oops, stopped working after Android 13,again, Back to 2 stars.Blocked calls ring-through often, although the info appears correct. Edited

Great for getting info on unknown callers, but the vast majority of calls received are not identified and labeled as unlisted, spoofed, or a cell phone. The more people use cell phones only the less helpful this app becomes.
